The following return instructions should be used for return accomplishment. It is necessary to confirm your personal information is accurate and effective. Your cooperation and confirmation is required while connection. Our company is not responsible for refund when losing the connection with customer.
It is essential to inspect your merchandise once it has been received for ensuring the acceptable condition.
Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) is required for the return and/or exchanges. Please contact our Customer Service Department for the RMA within 30 days of the date your order is processed. You may contact us via the phone on 1.877. 338. 4096 or optionally email us at email@example.com
Your returned item should be received within 2 (two) weeks after the RMA is issued. In the case of merchandise returned without the RMA it will be refused (or the restocking fee charged solely at our discretion). All the returned merchandise should be in original factory new condition and include all the original packaging materials in order to receive a refund or credit.
Please, do not write on or use tape on factory packaging. Items in blister packs are not to be returned once opened.
Wall mounted mirrors are NOT to be returned once you have tried to mount them since they cannot be resold.
When sending the returns please use PREPAID UPS Ground or Insured Mail with your RMA number on the outside of the box. Please note, COD shipments are not accepted.
No refunds will be given after 30 days.
No Returns will be accepted on discontinued merchandise. The shipping cost is excluded from the refund. If the returned item had free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Actual shipping cost will be deducted in the case of it exceeding the amount that we originally charged you to ship the order. When getting a free or discounted item with the purchase of another item and you do not send back the free or discounted item with your return, the regular price of the item will be deducted from any refund.
Special Order merchandise is the subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee when it is returned in factory new condition in original box. Custom Orders are non-
returnable and non-refundable. No refunds on damaged goods to apply.
Quantity purchases of 3 (three) or more of any item are not returnable. Our recommendation for you is to order one item as a sample at first before making a large purchase to ensure it meets your requirements.
If you cancel an order that has already been processed, we will do everything we can to honor your request. If we are able to stop the shipment, a cancellation fee of $5 or 5% of your order (whichever is higher) to cover our processing costs, will be deducted from your refund. If your order has already been shipped you have the right of refusing on delivery. Upon receipt of the unopened package we will issue a refund less original shipping/handling charges, return freight charges and cancellation fees. Our actual shipping cost will be deducted, if it exceeded the amount that we originally charged you to ship the order. The cancelations do not apply to the custom orders.
We do not sell mailing lists or any other personal data. Your order is secure with us and so is your private information.
